Following the astrological wheel of the year, we work with the corresponding Element of the season and embody its wisdom and healing qualities.

Through wireless headphones we experience a high-vibrational sound journey for a somatic embodiment.

To complete this experience, we’ll finalize the class with my Elemental Alchemy Oils,
crafted to harmonize, grounding and seal our experience as you step back into your day.
