This special session combines yoga, breath, and sound, guiding you into a state of full elemental connection - Water, Fire, Earth and Air..

Following the astrological wheel of the year, we work with the corresponding Element of the season and embody its wisdom and healing qualities.

Through wireless headphones we experience a high-vibrational sound journey for a somatic embodiment.

To complete this experience, we’ll finalize the class with my Elemental Alchemy Oils,
crafted to harmonize, grounding and seal our experience as you step back into your day.
